Spiritual direction is about walking with someone to help create space to become more aware God in your life so you can participate more fully in his life in you. This takes time and commitment. By creating sacred space, you reserve a part of yourself and prevent your life from being completely filled up, occupied, or preoccupied. The goal of spiritual direction is spiritual formation – the ever-increasing capacity to live a spiritual life from the heart.

My journey of seeing God work in me and through me. I have received healing and freedom, discovered my identity as a beloved son of the Father, and learned to hear God’s voice and be led by the Holy Spirit.

An initial session (no cost) to get to know each other, talk about expectations and determine if this is a good fit. If both you and I feel comfortable we will commit to meeting regularly for a year and then re-evaluate.
